Fixed an issue in the ASP/VB version for DW 8.0.2 only, where a recordset with parameters would not be written to the page properly with all parameters intact.

Fixed a problem with the JSP version where form parameters were not being properly carried over to the linked page.

Fixed a bug in the JSP version that affects some users (string comparison using string.equals(string) instead of string == string). New version is 1.7.6.
