You should receive a copy of your message with a link to check the status of the ticket. I reply within 24 hours without fail, so if you have not received a reply, there was a problem. After submitting the information, you will get login information for the ticket. Save the info. If you do not receive an email within 24 hours, check the ticket status using the login information shown on the next page.
